PANASONIC Palmcam PV-DC1080 - 1997.  1/4-inch 640 x 480- pixel CCD.  ISO 100.  F/3.8 55mm fixed-focus lens with macro position.  Shutter 1/10 to 1/20,000 second.  This is the earliest digicam I have seen with a docking station so I am giving it the blue ribbon for now. If you know of an earlier model with a docking station please let me know. MSRP $550.

DC-600 2MB internal storage and DC-620 8MB internal storage. Both cameras would also accept a Compact Flash memory card.
